The Happy Couple (Tag: Alidia and Rahim) rated M

(OCC: I'm finally back and man does it feel amazing being back!! God I miss this soooooooooo much)) Gwen was in shock. C-Curt? You want me to marry you? She blushed a bright red. I'd be so honored.

(OOC: Glad to see you again.  I've been waiting most patiently.)

"You don't know how happy that makes me." Curt said, overjoyed.  With that, he placed a kiss on her brow.  He couldn't believe how lucky he was to meet her.

((occ: I know right. 6 months and I'm finally back))

Gwen giggled at Curt's kiss on her brow. Oh my wonderful Curt. She smiled. My other half.

"As you are mine, Gwen.  I'll always love you the most." he told her.

Gwen smlied. As will I my dear Curt. As will I.
Alidia smiled as she watched them. Then she felt something she hadn't felt in awhile a dreamfall. She felt a change in her appearance. She was a waitress named Elin and the club was the Cool Jazz.

Rahim too felt himself settle into another scene.  He was sitting in a club waiting for someone to take his order.  He was dressed like an old-fashioned English gentleman, due to his parents coming from an old British family.  But he found that he was not that attractive.  He was incredibly fat, with a very prominent nose and deformed hands that had most of the fingers fused together.  His name was Nicholas.

Elin smiled as she hummed to the music that was playing throughout the speakers. She felt her raven black hair coming undone so she put the cleaning rag down and quickly put it in a ponytail. She giggled as she went to the booth with a shadowed figure inside. Hello there I am Elin and welcome to The Cool Jazz Nightclub. Anything I could do for you?

(OOC: Are you aware that you're not using a lot of punctuation?  It's a little hard to tell when you're typing dialogue.)

"I would like to order the chicken parmesan and a glass of white wine." Nicholas said to her.  He slid her a ten dollar bill as a tip.
"For your trouble, Miss." he added.

((OCC: My bad lol. It's been so long I kinda forgot. But don't worry I'll start doing it now))

Elin gasped at the tip. "Oh my word. Thanks. And please my name is Elin. And your chicken and wine will be out shortly." Then Elin noticed his clothes and his outlook. But for a second she didn't feel scared of him. She smiled as she placed the pencil behind her hair and walked to the kitchen.

Nicholas watched her go.  She didn't seem put off by his deformities.  For a minute, he wondered if he had found a friend in Elin.

Elin smiled as she walked out of the kitchen carrying the chicken parmesan and the wine. She went back the table to serve the young man. "Here you go." Elin put the plate down and poured the wine. "May I join you? Cause I see you are here alone and your hands are so unique. If not I understand." She smiled a bit.

"Of course you may join me." Nicholas said, rather eagerly.  He moved over to let her take a seat.
"I'm surprised you didn't figure out why I'm here all alone.  Not many would want to keep company with someone who looks like me." he added.

Elin just smiled as she sat down with the unique person. "People are quick to judge. But I am not." She placed her hand in his unique hand. "Wow your hand feels so amazing." Her blue eyes looked at him. "May I know your name kind stranger? Since you know mine." Elin giggled.

Nicholas felt amazed when Elin held his hand.  It was the first time a girl had done this with him.  He was inclined to oblige her without a second thought.
"My name is Nicholas." he answered her.

"Nicholas..." Elin smiled as she felt his name escape her mouth. She liked the way it sounded with her Irish accent. "So an unique name for an unique person lad." She was about ask more questions but her boss Jennifer began to cuss her out in Irish and told her to get back to work or no pay. Elin got up and looked at Nicholas. "I have to see you again. Please. You're my only friend."

"I can always come back here.  I like this place." Nicholas said, quickly.

Elin squealed with delight. "Oh thank you Nicholas." She smiled as she finished off her shift and a few hours later she was walking to her car. Then it began to rain. "Oh great." Elin muttered. "And I am going be dripping wet. What's a girl suppose to do?" Then she felt a chill. "Hello pretty lady..." An eerie voice said as she was pushed into her car unable to cry out for help. She felt so helpless. At least I had a good friend. Oh Nicholas...

Luckily, Nicholas had seen what happened.  He asked his taxi to follow the car while he called the police.  After giving the license plate number to the cops, they said they'd be right there.  But he still followed the car.
"I'm coming, Elin." he murmured.

The creepy man was driving Elin to an empty warehouse. Then when he stopped the car and parked it he grabbed her arm. "Let me go!!" Elin screamed as she was dragged inside. "Oh dear lass why should I do that?" The man asked as he tied her to a pole. "Somebody help!!" Slim screamed but she was slapped across the face. "Shut up!! By the way the name is Ray. And your payment since your boss owes a lot of money to me."

The police arrived within minutes.  But Nicholas decided to sneak in to help her.  The young man had become fond of concealed weapons when he proved to have poor health.  He drew a pistol he had from his coat and fired off one shot at the boiler.  This created a cloud of steam.

"What the hell?" Ray exclaimed. Elin smiled. It looks like I've got a guardian angel Then Ray heard the sirens and began freaking out. "Oh shit!!"

Nicholas was careful to cover his mouth against the smoke.  He wove through the crates.  When he found Elin, he grabbed her and pulled her out of there, to safety.

When Elin felt the hand taking hers she knew she'd felt it before as she smiled as she was safe. "Nicholas?" She asked weakly cause of the smoke. "Is it really you?"

"It's me." Nicholas replied.  The police moved in to arrest the criminals while the couple tried to catch their breath.  The young man took a minute to rest.

Elin hugged him. "Thank you my Nicholas." Then she realized that he wasnt looking that well. She held him tightly. "Nicholas? You okay? Just know I'm here."
