Private Lesson (Tag: Alidia)

Vlad was just straightening some of the props in his classroom. Yet, he had this feeling that something was going to happen. The Count didn't know what it was, but he was willing to find out.

Alidia was wondering why her inner-self was taking her to the hallway towards the rooms and then she began singing.


She was walking and she stopped at the drama room. "Maybe this is why." Alidia thought she poked her head in the doorway and saw her dad. She grinned as she walked in. "Hey, daddy."

Vlad perked up at someone calling him. Only one person at the school addressed him as 'dad.' He turned and saw Alidia walk in.
"Hello Alidia. To what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?" he asked with a smile.

"Well it may sound crazy but my inner-self wanted me to come in your classroom," Alidia said as she climbed on the stage and looked out in the seats and she grinned as she pretended that the Theater was full and she opened her mouth and began singing.

"I'm not sure I understand." Vlad said. He came to stand in front of his desk, leaning against it. He indicated for her to take a seat with one hand.

Alidia snapped into reality when her dad took her to a seat. "I dont know either. But I think, I was wanna give a callback or something. Cause I havent be in your room. But I am nevrous around people watching me for some reason."

"No, that's true. I didn't know you have trouble with people watching you sing. You do it so freely in front of me that I never would've guessed." Vlad told her.

Alidia giggled. "Thanks dad. Could I try to do a scene from a play?"

"Yes, of course. What scene did you have in mind?" Vlad asked her.

Alidia smiled as she flicked her finger and made the set like she imagened.

And she imagen that Oncie was with her.

((OCC: Pretend that Vlad and Alidia didnt kiss. yuck but they did do everything else.

Vlad had to smile at her. Alidia had chosen a sweet scene. While he hd been perplexed by her choice of scene, he did think she had done a good job of performing.

When everything was done, Alidia saw the room and sat in the chair. She started to shake cause she felt amazed. "Did I really do that?"

"I believe so, Alidia. You performed quite nicely." Vlad answered, standing beside her.

Alidia stopped shaking and squealed. "I really did that......Oh my!!"

"What's wrong? Did you not know you were a good actress? Because you are." Vlad assured her.

Alidia shook her head in agreement, "Yea I never knew."

He almost laughed at this. He pulled up a chair and sat with her.
"I wonder if you've ever tried any scenes from more recent plays." Vlad mused out loud.

Alidia giggled as she made a sphere appear. And made one appear, "Like this daddy?"

"In all honesty, I haven't heard of that one." Vlad admitted.

Alidia giggled. "How bout this one?"

"I've heard of this one. It sounds like a good show." Vlad commented.

Alidia giggled, but simply frowned. "Wanna know something dad Ive seen that show and I can really realte to Elphiba, the green witch. Being an outcast and thinking you found love and having someone has a best friend that changes her apperaece and doesn't talk to you anymore." Alidia started to tear up that was becoming her life.

"Oh, Alidia." Vlad whispered, pulling her close. He felt bad for her to hear her say things like that. It reminded him of something else.
"I think I know how you both feel. There's a musical that seems to illustrate my life, no matter where I go." the Count confessed.

Alidia felt the embrace of her dad. "I love you so much dad," she whispered and kissed him on the cheek. "I just wish Ariel would spend time with me. Oh," Alidia gasped she reached in her peacoats pocket and pulled out a bottle of Tru Blood. "I got this for you for the new years and Christmas. It's a supernatural drink. It's called Tru Blood. Let's have a glass." Alidia flicked her fingers to make two wine glasses appear.

"Why thank you, my dear. I appreciate that you were thinking of me." Vlad complimented her. He took one of the offered glasses. A sudden thought occured to him.
"Did you know someone made a musical out of Bram Stoker's book about me?" he asked.
