The Happy Couple (Tag: Alidia and Rahim) rated M

The boys were quick to act.  Together, Oswald and Basil heaved the heavy body off of her.  Basil pulled her out from under the body before Oswald couldn't hold it up anymore.  Once she was safe, the portly man let the body drop.
"Eurayle...I couldn't keep...my promise.  Forgive...me..." the Jabberwock's voice was heard for a moment, then he fell silent, truly dead.  The statement confused Basil, because he knew 'Eurayle' was not the Red Queen's name.  Who could the creature have been talking about?

Zoey looked at her beloved and caressed his cheeks. "Thank you...both of you..." She looked at Oswald too smiling. But that name the Jabberwocky said Zoey gasped. "No..." she looked at her mother who wasn't white but red with anger. "What's going on?" Zoey began to fade away. This was an illusion. "No...Basil..." she tried holding on to his hands but couldn't. All of a sudden she felt glass surrounding her. She was trapped in a mirror.

"Zoey!" Basil cried.  He had to help her somehow.  He started to reach for the mirror, to try and bring her out.

Zoey started to reaching her hands to Basil's. But she couldn't. "Basil help me..." she screamed and then her mom and the Red Queen transformed into a two-headed dragon. They went in the mirror and started dragging Zoey. "Oswald...Basil...help me--" she screamed as she was going deeper in the mirror and was put in a dark room. And her 'mother' shifted Zoey into a door-mouse that couldn't speak. Her voice was in her 'mother's' pouch.

Basil wasn't willing to give up though.  After a running start, he dove into the mirror and tackled the imposter.  Something glowing flew from their pocket and went to the little dormouse.  The voice of his beloved came from it.
"Darling?" he asked, just to be sure.

Zoey smiled as she saw her beloved. She climbed his shirt and kissed his cheek with her mouse lips. She nodded since she couldn't speak. She nestled her little head on his shoulder.

"I guess this is yours." Basil said as he held the glowing light to her.  It went to her and disappeared as soon as it touched her neck.  He picked her up and started to walk back to the mirror with her.
"Let's get out of here." he told her.

Zoey smiled as they walked out. Oswald shattered the mirror and then she started to sparkle as she started to transform back. She jumped off Basil's shoulder and she was her human self but she was wearing a pink dress with a glass-like crown and a rod. She looked around and people were bowing. "What's going on?" she said.

"You're the official Queen here now.  Without the Red or White Queens, the crown falls to you." Oswald told her.
"This means you're in charge now, my dear." Basil realized.

Zoey was in shocked. "Me? I--I'm flattered but..." Zoey began to feel dizzy. She looked at Basil and smiled. She used a bit if the rod's magic to make a big box appear. Inside was a crown, a royal robe, a magical rod and a ring. "I know normally the guy asks but I wanna ask you in these symbols." Zoey whispered.

"If you're asking me to marry you, I accept.  But I did have a ring that I could have given you."  Basil admitted.  He reached into a pocket and brought out a small box.  Upon opening it, he showed there to be a gold ring with a large diamond on it.

(OCC: I have an idea to our fairy idea pastlife...how about we do something similar like Peter Pan but the fairy falls for her owner but he's engaged to be married kinda like our Gina and Randy pastlife...it is just idea I had while thinking of fairies)

Zoey gasped. "Basil I always wanted to be yours..." she knelt down as she placed the ring on her finger and placed the crown on his head and wrapped the robe on his shoulders.

(OOC: That's not at all what I was planning.)

"I'm glad to hear that, my sweet.  It means so much to me to see my mother's ring on your finger." Basil told her.  He leaned in and kissed her for he believed to be the first time.

(OCC: what was your idea )

Zoey smiled as they kissed. The crowd of cards and soliders cheered. "Long live Queen Zoey and Long live King Basil..." Zoey liked the sound of that.

(OOC: Well, I had this idea of a plot of a union on different races, led by a Warchief who has been breaking their faction apart in favor of his own people, the orcs.  In this faction are the following races; Blood Elves, Goblins, Orcs, Tauren, Trolls, and the Forsaken, which is basically Undead.  This new Warchief is trying to get rid of those who stand in his way by abducting them and leaving them in the wilds to hunt down like animals.  I was thinking that Rahim and Alidia could be two cases of such abductions.)

"I love you so much, darling.  I know we can lead this kingdom to a better future.  I had hope that we will." Basil said in a sweet voice.

(OCC: pure genius...I like it btw I might be late replying cause my little sis is dying my hair)

Zoey smiled as they got up and she rose her rod and watched her beloved doing the same. "I Zoey Redbird vow to you citizens of Wonderland that I'm going to be a better ruler with my beloved Basil by my side we will rule with love and peace."

(OOC: Oh wow.  I hope she knows what she's doing.  Anyway, Rahim was going to be a Troll in this one.  What did you want to do for Alidia?)

Basil held her close as the crowd cheered.  He kissed her cheek and smoothed her hair.  Things were definitely looking up for them.
"You see, they love us already." he joked.

(OCC: she kinda does lol it's a cherrycola red...and Alidia is going to be a blood elf I was thinking she uses her power for like nature...if that's okay...)

Zoey smiled. "It looks that way..." Then Oswald being a trickster started a chant. "Kiss your bride...kiss your bride..." Zoey giggled "you better please your people Basil..."

(OOC: Of course, that's okay.  That would make her a Mage, by definition.  That works well with Rahim's past self being a Hunter.  Hunters have the ability to tame animals to assist them in battle.)

"As they will.  I'll be too happy to give you a kiss, my Queen." Basil said to her.  He gave her a very passionate kiss on the lips.

(OCC: wicked btw I'm going to be late for my reply cause I'm washing my hair.)

Zoey softly moaned as Basil kissed her lips. "Ohh Basil..." Oswald smiled as he saw his friend and his beloved happy. And he knew that they'd keep their promises. Zoey smiled. "Does the king wanna see their castle?"

(OOC: Okay.)

"I suppose a tour would be nice.  I've been here once in my childhood, but that was a long time ago.  So, a tour would be in order.  Shall we, my dearest?" Basil asked as he offered her his arm.

(OCC: Turns out my hair washing was faster than I thought lol)

Zoey smiled as she hooked her arm and royal waved to their citizens and went in. She didn't wanna call them 'subjects' cause she felt like that would make them feel degraded so 'citizens' sounded much humane. Oswald their friend was their chief of the royal guard. "Well...this seems nice but it needs a Zoey and Basil touch. Don't you think?" Her emerald eyes locked into his earthy colored eyes.

"Ah.  I quite agree with you.  Where to begin is the real question." Basil stated.

Zoey smiled as they approached the throneroom. She lifted her rod. "I Zoey Redbird cast a magical spell in this room to make it feel more homey." A pink light glowed around the rod and the throneroom changed color and began feeling like the first time Zoey and Basil met. There was a table with teacups and teapots. And behind the table was a fireplace. "Woah..." was all Zoey could say.

"Looks like you're more powerful than you thought." Basil commented.  He was impressed by what she'd done.  It was enough to make him let out an impressed whistle.
