He goes for men, and he's lived for so long that he would probably find most of the student too boring to even consider for a fling.

^^^this is what I mean by aloof, so he doesn't make friends easily and he honestly comes across as being a lot like he cousin Briar and that is because he's bored. He has very little interest in creatures outside of the fae folk.

And to be honest, he's probably not going to befriend students; to him it's not in good taste.
